Profile
Prof Fernández-Melleda's research focuses on contemporary Chilean literature and culture, including film and memory studies, gender, activism, and Sino-Latin American cultural relations. Her book Chilean Women’s Poetry under Neoliberalism, 1980–2020 was published by Edinburgh University Press in 2025.
