Profile

Shirly Tang has taught in Germany and Taiwan and joined HKU in 2008. Her work in the German Programme includes curriculum design, e-learning, outreach, cultural exchange and partnerships with German-speaking institutions and organisations.

Research Interests

Sociolinguistics; methodology and didactics of foreign-language acquisition.
