HKU’s French Programme proudly joined the opening of “Gastronomy: First and Foremost a Science?” at the 6th French Science Festival, “Tasty Science.” Fifteen students represented the Programme, with eight students taking the stage to bring Brillat-Savarin’s celebrated aphorisms to life through confident and memorable readings.
